This is a set I originally designed back in 2014.  Then lost everything about the design in a hard drive failure.  I had saved a copy of the design to my old website, and I was able to redesign it for 2016.  I will use this card for TTM and IP signings for Chicago Bears and Chicago Blackhawks players.
